Objections to the planning application - Planning Service have informed SEAT "The Department is required to take account of all written comments in relation to the planning merits of a proposal received prior to the determination of the planning application". This appears to indicate that we can object to the planning application right up until a decision is made, although obviously the sooner the objections are received, the better for our case.
